Payment

• Shipping of cigars ordered will be effected within five open days after confirmation of payment.
• We will replace or reimburse, at your choice, any orders that do NOT arrive within a maximum of 30 days!

1. Payments can be made by credit cards:

              

The security of our clients and the protection of their personal data is one of the priorities of Vegas de Santiago.

Our payment provider has been recognized as secure by the company McAfee. The transmission of your personal and financial data can be made safely online.

All data is encrypted during the online payment process. Neither the identification elements, nor the payment data can be read or stored by the seller. This process is called SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

Regarding your “login” information, this is confidential and kept safe. This will never be transmitted for any purposes (except for legal procedures).

We take Visa Card, MasterCard, Amex, Diner's and JCB.

 

2. Payments can be made by bank transfer

Your payment can be transfered to our Vegas de Santiago accounts ($/€/CHF). Instructions are given once the order has been completed and confirmed. Feel free to ask for information and details.

 

3. FRANCE _ Payment can be made by "chèque bancaire"

For French citizen, it is possible to pay by chèque. Please contact us by e-mail before your first order.

 

E-mail orders

We also accept orders by e-mail.

For e-mail orders from Costa Rica, payment can be made in dollars or colones to our bank account at any Banco National. Please ask for our account information.

Packaging

Our expedition team is doing its best to guarantee top professional care.
All boxes are hermetically sealed. However, it may be advisable to let your cigars rest for ten days in your humidor.

Shipping

  Delivery time about 2 weeks.
• FREE EMS INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS MAIL SERVICE
  For orders over US$ 300.-
  Delivery time 4 to 5 working days

 

• All orders are sent the same day or the first working day after reception of the order.
• All orders are sent directly from Vegas de Santiago, the manufacture of Premium Cigars in Costa Rica.
• EMS shipping: track your order with your personal tracking code number.
• Should you receive a shipment that has been damaged during shipping, or that does not match your expectations, please contact us immediately.
• Any shipments that do not arrive within a maximum of 30 days will be replaced or reimbursed. Please contact us in this case.
• No claims are possible 45 days after shipment.
• Shipping by DHL, UPS or Fedex upon request.

Customs

• According to each national law, customers should be aware that there may be customs duty to be paid on arrival of their order.
• In many countries, 20 to 50 cigars per shipment are tolerated or accepted duty free however, it is by no mean an international standard.
• Naturally, our company has no influence whatsoever on customs regualtions and cannot be held responsible for any extra costs.
