Important:
There will be a small difference between our charge and your final debit on your credit card account. This difference is due to the fact that we are using a German processing center as no US processing center will allow the purchase and sale of tobacco products. The German processing center changes the Dollars into Euros and your US Bank or Credit card company changes the Euros back into Dollars again. This creates a small difference of */- 1 or 2 % and, unfortunately, plus or minus eventual fluctuations in the exchange rate. For e-mail orders from Costa Rica, payment can be made in Dollars or Colones into our bank account
at any Banco National. Please ask for our account information.

For e-mail orders from the US or Europe, payment can be made by bank transfer to our US, German or French accounts.
Please send us your order by email giving also your mail address, and we will email payment instructions
with our confirmation of your order.

Shipping of cigars ordered will be effected the day after confirmation of payment.
Credit line for revolving orders may be established upon request.
